Very fast and easy to prepare dish. Minute steaks with spinach and boiled vegetables.
1 package of one-minute beef leg steaks – Qulinary Feast
200 g of spinach leaves
50 g of each of the following vegetables: cauliflower, sweet peas, baby carrots, string beans
50 g of butter
30 ml of clarified butter
Preparation of the vegetables: Pour a small amount of water into a saucepan, drop in the butter, add salt and some freshly grated pepper. When the butter with water start to boil, an emulsion will be produced in which the vegetables will be boiled. Throw the cauliflower, sweet peas, baby carrots and string beans into the emulsion. They need to boil for a while. Place a frying pan on the second hob. Melt the butter and add fresh (rinsed and dried) spinach leaves. Fry for a few minutes, remove from heat.
Preparation of the meat: Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, place them in a frying pan in hot clarified butter. Fry for about 1 minute on each side. At the end of the frying, add butter to improve the taste and aroma. The steaks are ready. Arrange the vegetables cooked in the buttery emulsion on a plate, cover them with spinach and place the steaks on top. Garnish with parsley.
