Pulled beef is beef which melts in your mouth. To achieve this tenderness, it has been properly prepared – cured and cooked for a long time at low temperature. The product, prepared in such a manner, packaged in special oven-ready foil, requires the consumer only to heat it up at 180°C for about 30 minutes. After taking the meat out from the oven and letting it rest for a while, it is sufficient to prod it gently with a fork to see it fall apart into succulent shaving-like strips. Such meat can be served for lunch on its own, or used as filling for homemade hamburgers. It is delicious in any form.
